Meet the Doctors

Celia E. Fenell, DDS, MSD

Dr. Celia E. Fenell was raised in Chesterland and graduated from West Geauga High School as one of the class Valedictorians. She earned a B.S. degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences from The Ohio State University and graduated with Distinction with Honors. Dr. Celia also received her D.D.S. from the The Ohio State University College of Dentistry. She decided to continue her education by specializing in Orthodontics and receiving her M.S.D. degree from Case Western Reserve University. Dr. Celia is a board certified orthodontist and is a member of The College of Diplomates, American Board of Orthodontics. She is a member of the American Association of Orthodontics, the Great Lakes Association of Orthodontists, the Ohio Association of Orthodontists, the Cleveland Society of Orthodontists, the American Dental Association, the Ohio Dental Association, and the Northeast Ohio Dental Society. Dr. Celia enjoys running with her family's dogs, exercising, cooking and baking, and spending time with her niece and nephews.

Charles P. Fenell, DDS, MS

Dr. Charles P. Fenell was raised in the South Euclid-Lyndhurst area and graduated from Brush High School. He earned a B.S. degree from The Ohio State University and also received his D.D.S. degree from The Ohio State University College of Dentistry. Dr. Charles practiced general dentistry for six years before returning to The Ohio State University to earn his M.S. degree and Certificate in Orthodontics. He is a board certified orthodontist and is a member of The College of Diplomates, American Board of Orthodontics. Dr. Charles was an orthodontic instructor for the Saint Luke's/Saint Vincent Charity Hospital Dental General Practice Residency program for 29 years. He also taught at Case Western Reserve University in the Department of Orthodontics as a clinical assistant professor from 2007 to 2012. He is a past president of the Cleveland Society of Orthodontists. He is a member of the American Association of Orthodontics, the Great Lakes Association of Orthodontists, the Ohio Association of Orthodontists, the Cleveland Society of Orthodontists, the American Dental Association, the Ohio Dental Association, and the Greater Cleveland Dental Society. Dr. Charles has three adult daughters and currently resides in Chesterland with his wife, Betsy, and their two rescue dogs, Molly, and Maggie. Dr. Charles enjoys motorcycle touring, attending Ohio State football games, reading, history, and being outdoors.

Dr. Celia and Dr. Charles have been residents of Geauga County for many years and are looking forward to serving the residents of Geauga County and the surrounding areas.
